Happiness is truly from within you - Why not share Laughter



Sharing Happy and vibrant memories with other similar interested people is good, because you can have a good laugh and and enjoy each other company.
According to one university in California, Laughter can help reduce stress, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and even pain.
Laughter helps you enjoy the moment and with joy in your heart you can set about for a good and inspirational day or night
Be careful though and a word of Caution while discussing and sharing your happy ideas or memories:

Endeavour to always keep away from the company of those that will try to put you down in anything you do, they don't really see it your way.

Seek people who would give you honest and helpful ideas, suggestions and overall are keen on helping you grow.
Laughter is an instant vacation. according to ~Milton Berle and Stephen King once said "You can't deny laughter; when it comes, it plops down in your favorite chair and stays as long as it wants.
